Instructions

Instructions

  2. Fry tofu cubes in 1 tbsp oil over high heat until golden on all sides, 8 minutes. Sprinkle with a little soy sauce. Remove.
  3. In same pan, add more oil, stir-fry vegetables 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, 30 seconds. Add cold rice, press and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. Return tofu. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything.
  6. Top with green onions and sriracha.
